A singer-songwriter as they should be�

‘On the Ground’ is, at times a record of immense beauty - not a million miles away from the archetypal singer-songwriter vibe – part Elliott Smith, part Jeff Hanson. Making such bold comparisons so early in a review is unfavourable and unfair but the delicacy with which Damien Derose delivers the tracks here is breath taking.
