18-Year-Old Amazon TV Star, Jack Rose, Releases New Pop Banger With Host Of EDM Remixes

Better On My Own (Single)

Jack Rose

Pop and R&B singer-songwriter Jack Rose aka JCK is back and making waves in the UK pop scene recently with his latest single ‘Better On My Own’.

The 18-year-old singer-songwriter from Ashford, Kent may be young, but is in no way inexperienced. Kickstarting his career in music, he began posting covers of popular songs online over 5 years ago, amassing over 1.2 million views by the age of 13.

In 2017, he featured on a charity single with celebrities Sandi Bogle & Sandra Martin from the TV show Gogglebox, charting at number 6 in the iTunes Chart.

Jack’s previous singles ‘Not The One’ and ‘Freak Ya’ have enjoyed international acclaim, charting in both the Netherlands and Belgium, seeing action across iTunes’ pop charts, with latest banger ‘Better On My Own’ looking to follow suit.

Based on a real-life experience, the lyrics for ‘Better On My Own’ convey a positive message that sometimes in life we must walk away from toxic relationships for the good of our own mental health, whether or not it feels like the right choice at the time, you will heal from it.

Jack is also the host of Amazon TV Series ‘Ghost Hunting with Jack Rose’, which launched in 2018, where he explores haunted sites across the UK with celebrity guests.

Jack has been compared by the media as the “UK’s answer to Justin Timberlake”, a potential nod to his distinctive good looks and likeability factor, but almost certainly his all-round singer-songwriter and acting skills. Jack has already proven he is a dedicated performer and showman racking up over 250 live shows.

‘Better On My Own’, backed by a host of name top remixes (Billy Da Kid, Dot’s Per Inch, Morlando and more) taking the track from tropical house to bassline, looks set to eclipse his last hit European single and firmly establish Jack as one of the hottest, freshest new talents on the block.
