EYOE's Field Day 2014 Announces Strong Line Up

Field Day 2014, now a two-day event, has continued to endorse its reputation as one of the best London festivals with the announcement of its outstanding line-up.

url With the headline acts of Metronomy and the Pixies (!) previously confirmed, Eat Your Own Ears have announced a wealth of both established and new artists that have now been added to the bill. Across the 7
th and 8
th June, artists such as Blood Orange, Ghostpoet, Tim Burgess, Jagwar Ma, the Horrors and POND will descend upon Victoria Park to open the UK’s festival season in style. A full line-up can be found via the Field Day website link provided at the foot of the article, where a mixture of musical tastes have been tailored for with the eclectic selections from the festival organisers. One aspect worth drawing out however is the breadth of talent currently provided in the electro/dance domain, with the Bugged Out! tent proving to be a huge draw year-on-year to the Field Day crowd. Along with SBTRKT, Simian Mobile Disco, Lunice, Jon Hopkins, Erol Alkan, Daniel Avery and Oneman (to name a few) are to bring their beats to east London – a strong enough line up alone to justify attendance. Links have also been provided below for the Field Day Radio soundcloud page, as well as their social networking sites which are kept up-to-date with news surrounding the festival.
